Cursor problems with more than 1 monitor.

I utilize 2 monitors and no matter what type of cursor I utilize (other than default), when I slide my cursor to the 2nd monitor, it always shows the full cursor on the 2nd monitor and fractions of its duplication. Basically, I see 1 full cursor and about 1/16th of the side of the cursor trying to duplicate a 2nd time all within a 300x100 area (approximated). Basically, pieces of a failed attempt to duplicate the cursor a 2nd time despite already showing the cursor once already on the 2nd monitor.

When I bring the cursor back to the 1st monitor, it goes away and does not have this problem. Whatever way you're drawing the cursor on the screen has a flaw that it cannot work correctly with more than 1 monitor it seems...
