Stuttering performance since the new patch.

I was running "Gothic Very High" settings pre patch and experienced 4 weird stuttering slow downs in a full playthrough. Since the patch, the game stutters a while after loading up a save and frequently when just roaming or fighting.

With Framegen Loading Screens are stuttering with 1-5 FPS.
Without Gramegen Fighting against Groups causes stuttering.
Will try to patch back to Release Version and hope that it will be playable again.

Setup: RTX 4070, i5 13400F, 32GB DDR4 RAM
