Hi there. Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere…

I actually just NOW heard about this game because I’ve been playing Drova (LOVE IT), and had read somewhere that Gothic was a part of the dev’s inspiration for that game.

Looking at the Gothic 1 remake images & trailer, I’m starting to salivate a little…it looks and sounds like a really good story. Since I haven’t played the original Gothic, the story will be brand new to me, and because of that I was wondering if there will be a demo at some point?

I know there’s no release date and it sounds like the game’s fans are chomping at the bit for it, even to the point of some getting frustrated. I honestly take that as a good sign that there’s a ton of potential, and I’m excited to hopefully buy it, whenever that day comes.

But in the meantime, a bit of gameplay teaser for us all to experience would be AH-mazing. Just thought I’d put that out there. 🙃 Happy holidays, everyone.

The game is still far from completion, they had to rework the whole project from scratch because the early playable teaser from years ago got a lot of negative feedback. Meanwhile i recommend you Risen 1, just the first one.

+1 on that, but from what we've seen they aren't that far from completion.
Lots of tweaking to be done and quests and bug fixing, so like, not Q1 2025, but 2025 definitely.

The game still need a lot of polish, and lets cross our fingers and hope the game will be free from Unreal Stuttering.

Yes, i would really like to stress that sending this in a really stable/optimized package is a must. Loved the new footage.
