No Invert Mouse?

Even though it's just a demo, I believe some basic control settings could have been included. Not having an invert mouse option in 2025 is quite disappointing. The option to invert the Y-axis should definitely be available. I hope this feature will be included in the final version.,,

Also, there's no invert for controller. On death, the controller stops working completely. DualSense doesn't work at all unless I enable SteamInput. I wonder why even release a demo if the basic controls and options are not there. I stopped playing after 10 minutes.

I get motion sickness if I can't invert the mouse.
I wonder why mouse manufacturers don't just add that as an option? I'd be happy with a button on the mouse to press?
Anyway, please fix! I'll uninstall and just play one of the other 15 Gothic-like games I have right now and need to complete. :D

I can't play non-inverted. For me this demo is unplayable, sadly. How hard could it be to have this option in a game?

Completely echo the OP's point. I can't believe in 2025 I still have to say that an option to invert the Y-axis is not optional, not if you want my money anyway. I loved the original Gothic and am absolutely your target demographic for the remake. But I can't even try the demo without the invert option. What a pity.
