Transform into harpy?

I keep reading about it but haven't seen it anywhere. When does it unlock?

Contrary to erroneous info on youtube, scrolls etc become available for purchase in Chapter 5, from Baal Cadar and from Cronos.

I have found 3 scrolls from Chronos and that's it. No inscription, no other scrolls. Not saying they don't exist, but I haven't seen more than 3.

I found the inscription but i can't remember where i picked it up.
The problem is there aren't many harpies on the map so your crafting materials are limited. I was able to craft 10 iirc.

Oh you don't remember.
Because no source I can find has it listed as learnable.

Useful scroll, though, as you can actually fly.

I just started 5th chapter, but Cronos and Cadar does not sell the scroll. Do I need to go to sleeper temple first?

I've got the same problem. Sleeping doesn't seem to work. Maybe I just have to wait a bit.

...meaning you used a trainer to spawn it in and didn't actually find it. Got ya.

Cronos also sells the inscription in Ch6 or when you return from the temple the temple.

I'm in chapter 5 and he sells it now too, not sure if it's a new thing after the patch or not.
