Level Cap vs Achievement ?
The Achoevement Says to Learn All Skills in a Playthrough.
But is that even Possible ?

You get a Level Cap right ?
So You should not have enough LP to actually get everything.

I Read You can Cheese it by just Learning the Skill and then Reloading the Savefile to Register it without using LP.
But I doubt the Achievement is Supposed to.only work by Cheese right ???

Whats the Levelcap anyway ?

Don't know the level cap, never hit it, but the achievements carry over between playthroughs.
It works on multiple gameplays (on different profiles)
In total you would need to abou level 43+ and that is without spending ANY LP on str, dex, mana
115 LP for all meele skills - 1h (30), 2 h (70), fists (15)
140 LP for magic up to 6th circle
60 LP for range Bow (30) Crossbow (30)
5 LP Trophies
10 Smithing
5 climbing
10 Scribing
10 Alchemy
5 diving
60 LP for thieving
And maybe more I am forgetting
There is no level cap oer se, but there is a finite amount of xp in the game which limits maximum progress.
When you look at the achievement on Steam you might notice that it has a counter for some achievements. This usually means that it's a stat tracked via Steam and not via your save file. Meaning that you can use several different save files to progress it.

From what I've heard there is a hard lvl cap of I think 50 but it's impossible to actually reach it.

You get a level Cap yeah and i dont know which it is, but if it is anything as in the Original, you basicly get several Hundreds of LP and you can learn every Skill in one Playthrough. I think OG was 100. Just for Clarification, its not a Hard Cap, but a Cap based on Maximum ammount of EXP you can earn over the Whole Game. (in Theory if you find ways to increase your Exp Gain, you can level indefinetly or until the Code breaks)

I mean if you think about it, there arnt THAT many in the End. Yes there are a lot but overall you get 2 One Handed Skills, 2 Two Handed Skills, 2 Bow Skills, 2 Smithing Skills, Alchemy, Hunting Skills from which most are learned via Quest or Book and COsting no LP, the 3 or 4 or 5 you can Learn only Cost 1 LP so basicly they are Equivalent to one Other Base Skill, You get Pickpoketing, Lockpicking, Diving, Climbing, Acrobatics, than the Magic Skills..... And i Think thats it more or less.

All the Big Skills take roughtly 3-5 Level worth of LP to Max, the "Little" Stuff takes Half a Level (5 LP per Skill) and after that all thats Left more or less is Stat Boost Stuff like Strength and Dex. So around 50 Level or so, should, in Theory, net you all Learnable Skills in the Game.

That beeing said, assuming, they did not extremly Mayor Changes, you usually ended and finished the Game with 40-50 Level, depending on your Build, because you max certain Stats depending on your Build again, and afterwards you are set.
