Auto joining New camp?

I ddi the ambush quest and when i talk to lares he auto joins me, i want to join old campo but did this for the xp? now its auto joining me with no option to decline?

You betrayed Old Camp test of faith by giving Lares the list from the mine, and then ambushed and attacked people from the Old Camp to steal there ♥♥♥♥ for the New Camp. That seems like poor decision making for someone who wants to join the Old Camp, not the New Camp.

"I only murdered them and stole their ♥♥♥♥ for xp and money, why won't they let me join them now? I'm softlocked, teh game is bad. How could I know?!"

Because they have not told me i cant join then, All the internet guides say you can do all intro quests for XP before deciding which canp to join, did you read my posts? when did I say the old camp stopped mne from joining? lared in the new camo makes a list forgery and diago doesnt notice, this is fine and what most people do, so why are you making lies?

All the guides said you can do all 3 intro quests before picking a camp stating "you have the chat option are you sure you want to join X camp locking you from joining others" why you lie?

Yes, you can and should complete the prerequisite admission quests for all the camps before making your final decision. This allows you to maximize your experience points and rewards. However, there is a major "point of no return" that will lock you into a specific faction. Keep these crucial rules and lock-outs in mind before committing to a camp:

1. The Point of No Return You are only locked into a faction once you actually swear the oath and receive the camp's specific uniform (e.g., the Bandit's Dress from the New Camp). Until then, you can freely run missions for the Old Camp, New Camp, and the Swamp Camp (Brotherhood).

Have You ever Considered that these AI Written Guides might be Wrong because the AI has extreme trouble keeping Gothic and Gothic Remake apart and thus constantly gives completely wrong Information ? xD

You can Refuse to Accept Reality.
But Reality is not Impressed by it. xD

Especially not for the Key Quests which are the Point of no Return.

In Chapter 1 this is the Letter from Diego.
If You give the Letter to the New Camp and Raid their Stuff. You Failed the Final Quest of the Old Camp by Default and Completed the Final Quest for the New Camp.
Its really not that Difficult to get is it ?????

The fact that you blindly followed a guide and didn't stop to think that raiding them was bad and that maybe the guide is wrong, just confirms my point about critical thinking and common sense. Yea, if you steal people's things and kill their friends, they are mad at you. Who knew?

Diego stressed to you that the mine list was his trial of faith. You betrayed that faith. Knowingly. Then you joined with the New Camp to attack and kill people from the new camp to steal their things.

I don't understand how you fail to see the issue with your actions if you wanted to join the Old Camp. You betrayed them in something they stressed was important to not betray them in, then literally murdered some of them to take their stuff. These are very clearly not actions that would lead to you joining with them. The game shouldn't need to have a big popup warning you that if you stab someone to death and take all their stuff then their friends won't like you very much. Or that if you join with bandits to murder people and steal their stuff that's effectively joining the bandits. As you chose to join the bandits. In their banditry.

If I see an AI guide online that tells me you won't mind if I kill your parents and burn your house down and that you'd still be buddies with me does that mean it's ok in your mind if I do those things and then act shocked when you don't want to be buddies after? o_O

Hey pal, funny thing, i went to the old camp and they let me join, so what was this about them checking the list etc? getting mad i beat up guards etc? seems like everything you said was a lie and not true? I'm not a member old the old camp? funny that isnt it...

So can you please tell me why you lied to me to try and mislead me with false information?

In the original, you COULD do the quest and still join old camp.

This is a video game, these characters are not people, the reason why you can't join old camp after doing that quest is because the developers coded it that way.

I can kill nearly half of old camp and still get in, where is your "critical thinking and common sense" when you are literally implying video game characters are sentient!
