After the initial conversation, he appears to be in the upper district (behind Thorus). There's a small passageway to the right, directly in front of Milten; he's standing there.

when you stand infront of the bank where fisk sits, looking at him, torrez should be either standing to the left in the open or left inside a hut (when its bad weather)

I found him in a small alley between a temple and Gomez keep.

I can't find him either. I've run all over the castle, outside and inside, and in the nook near the fire mages - he's nowhere to be found. Please write if you find him.

Yeah, he disappeared for me too. But he reappeared when I slept until 12pm in the small entrance next to Milten. But only if it wasn't raining.

Try to sleep until morning. Then catch him leaving the temple when he goes out. It worked for me
