How the heck can you get 40+ Spinfection on any over enemy?

Like everything is long dead before you can stack up that much poison. I just cleared a run where I was running Spinfection with great success my bad that it works great with crits also??

On most enemies it won't be viable to stack it for that long without them dying. I recommend trying to complete that quest against a boss, they have tons of hp.

Or Cheat Engine, is not that bad when that quest is so frustrating.
Maybe my argument is just a copium moment, I really don't know.

Murdered the dragon before getting the chance.

My only idea is having not only a Spinfection build but a bulwark build as well since ditching crit build for longevity seems like the only option.

I did it by having an effect that doubled the amount of Spinfection. Definitely more chance to do it on a boss. A good mix of crits, Spinfection balls and relics like the +1 on every attack. Then try to get rid of any ball that doesn't add Spinfection to keep your deck (and damage) low

I guess I can try the double Spinfection orb...it's just such a worthless orb otherwise maybe if it was multitarget or the orb itself did damage

There is a relic that's pretty horrible to the enemy - any Spinfection that's applied increases rather than decreases. So if you've got that, and a Spinfection build, it's possible on a late boss.

A spinfection build that focus on the Ball that doubles spinfection is how I did it.
I tend to combine spinfection with ballusion (the evade thing) to stall for time

Okay so apparently I didn't even bother to look at the spin ball that much and didn't realize the upgrades actually let's it do damage. I had the knife and ran into a duplication table and doubled my ball and managed to finally get 40 plus on one of the bosses

nah that orb is goated, clears through elites like a breeze (if they don't clear through you with this busted ass balancing)
