6th ending bug. Or a mistake?

I would like to request some help. I am doing exactly what was told in various guides.
- use the fuse
- open the basement
- watch TV
- break down the door and pick up bolt cutter
- meet Valerie
- try to cut the lock
- embalm all bodies and find the right one
- place the mark that i found on Valerie's coffin on the possesed body
- burn the body
But anyway it gives me the bad ending (#3). Raymond tells me that I didn't use the mark before getting melted by the demon. Two attempts - same rusult.
Is it bugged or am I missing something?

i don't think it's bugged because i just got that ending :D it is most likely that you're not burning the right body

the only difference is that i embalmed all the bodies first before going down to the basement to try to free valerie

Ok, i'll try it. I also suspected it, because the choice was not really obvious.

The problem was in the body. More exactly - in some changes I didn't notice. I'm not gonna go in deep deatils, but something in "evidence" system was changed regarding the ashes and the demonic houses.
Anyway now I got my achievement.
