bug PS5 Help...

Hello, I'm on ps5 and I have a bug that literally prevents me from moving forward every time because of a single cutscene. It's a moment where Rebecca's father calls to report her disappearance and she finds herself sinking in a black liquid when she arrives in the bathroom, at the moment when I'm supposed to be in another world lying on the ground with water I absolutely can't move, I pressed absolutely all the keys and I don't know if I missed something, I hope someone can help me with this bug because it's the second time I've restarted the game, I uninstalled it reinstalled it, I even deleted my first save telling myself that it was bugged... I really don't know what to do anymore, I hope someone
