Can't get fourth ending

In the new update I'm having trouble getting the fourth ending and no one's done an updated 'all endings' discussion or video. Please help!

1. place the spark plug in the receptions desk into the empty socket in the cleaning room.
2. grab the key and go down to the basement.
3. talk to the woman in the coffin.
4. grab the hammer on the table in the basement.
5. hammer the lock on the new door and open it.
6. grab the tablet on the coffin the girl is in
7. find the demon in one of the bodies, place the tablet on that corpse and burn it.
8. grab the bolt cutters and cut the lock of the coffin.

Might have mixed up the order of some of these but that's about it.

This is ending 6 according to my playthrough. Im missing 4 but have gone through this.

That is ending 6. I'm having difficulties with ending 4 as well. I can tell the game is leading me in that direction, but I end up being possessed so close to finally making it. Mere seconds in one case. I was about to hit the button on the whateverits called, oven thing. Just before I pushed it, I was down. It's happened twice now. Maybe I should turn the haunting level down a little bit. The cumulative few minutes dealing with pointless annoyances may be enough to get through. I think it's much like ending six, but you don't take the mark or release Valery, I'm not sure if it's even necessary to interact with her at all, but I think you do. Then incinerate the correct demon corpse Immediately after doing whatever needs to be done in the basement. Apparently, ending 4 will follow. I've been possessed twice trying. The mere second before I was able to push the red button was particularly frustrating. Since I managed to get ending 6 on the second shift, I'm not sure how much information in the basement I need to do over again. Anyway, I don't think we're the only players having difficulty finishing it. You're not alone!

Ending 4 is doing everything for Vallery even up to grabbing the bolt cutters but you simply leave her locked up and burn the correct body as normal.

Easily done by the 2nd body if you've figured out the demon's name and embalmed the right body as normal.

Skip the whole hammer and lock to the other room. Grab the old key and the basement key Simply get into the basement, open the room with Valery inside her coffin/blood collection contraption, open the slider, listen to her finish babbling, and then leave to finish upstairs. Don't do anything she asks. Don't remove her mark Just leave.
I believed the first reply here and it didn't work. Several times Maybe it worked for them, but it was a lot of wasted time and effort for me. Save breaking into the other room, and all the info snooping for another ending. I hope you've finished it by now! Best of luck to all! 🖤

I was in a hurry. It worked!
