[Spoilers] Questions about lore and timeline

So, after discovering a new hidden door in the basement, I tried digging into the lore of the game to see if there is anything that can help me open it(brute force didn't help, clicked on it till I timed out to no result). So I have started to take notes and made a little timeline of events and dates when certain events happened and certain characters passed (David, James, Andrea, Angela, Vallery) to maybe find some answers, but some parts made me even more confused.
1) First Possession
During the story event where Vallery appears in bathroom standing next to a mirror, you can find a card with a date, 1970 and it says that it is "The Year of Arrival of the House of Death The Birth of It's creator the full number shall be six", but in red journal in the entry that dates from June 3rd, 1984 he states that "it's been almost two decades", does that mean that Demons haunt Raymond since his 1964, AKA his Twenties, AKA 6 years before Arrival of House of Death, AKA 6 years before Riverfields Mortuary establishment?
2) Death of David.
During the haunt with a Hatch in cold storage (The one where you have to open mouths of statues to get a Key, a key that we didn't find yet outside haunt) you see a Tombstone of some David Whitlow who was born on December 8th, 1949 and passed away on May 8th, 1983. HOWEVER in the red journal the entry that dates from May 29th, 1984 Raymond talks about his possession as if it just happened "...it may be the only way to deal with what's happened. I thought this was over but it's happened to David." It may feel like Nitpicking, but the fact that it took him a whole year to write this feels weird. Also, does that mean that Raymond successfully avoided possession for 13-14 years? Or were demons napping this whole time?
3) February 22, 1989
"I feel so angry at the life that's been taken from me. I stopped my life to take care of her and she brought this in... I can't blame her. That's not fair. It's not her fault." I have read this line more than 10 times and I still can't quite get a grasp on what is meant here. Does Raymond refer to Maria? Did Maria cause all of this? Probably not, because Raymond says that he left her to keep her safe and that she "would never understand". Does he refer to Vallery? What does he mean, that he has stopped his life to take care of her than?

You're on to some things here. I love seeing people dig into the lore. More is coming in a new larger patch (which is why the small patches are slowing a bit) it will explain a good deal and set up some new questions.

I normally wouldn't give too much info but in regard to the timeline with David in the journal. Things are happening again around Raymond a year later, and he is remembering David vividly. Basically, imagine this happened with David. Raymond has experienced a lot of things (more on that in the future) and after believing it may be over, sees the event with David and basically blocks it off, tucks it away, ignores it, and basically tries to convince himself it's fine.

A year later, he experiences some strange things happening again and it reminds him of David instantly as it has obviously been there festering. If you recall the basement event where you see David's tomb stone, Raymond is burying David at the end of that. Rebecca is simply in his place in the hallucination. So, Raymond has some skeletons he's keeping down. All his experiences including this one rush back and now he has an urge to write about it and get it all out as he slowly comes to terms with the idea that this is never actually going away.

Time goes on and things are starting to happen more frequently. Raymond goes full Indiana Jones mode and starts researching all he can and wants to take control of the chaos.

dude, you do not understand, there is a SECOND door in the basement, not the one with Valery in the coffin, but a door behind a set of boxes and TV on it.

Ok. just replayed. Yeah, I see the door behind the boxes. Never even noticed it before. It will probably be something used later in an upcoming patch.

Where is David's corpse? Apparently Raymond buries him alive? Or is Raymond in the 2nd room in the basement? Is he a skeleton? Did Raymond kill him and hide his skeleton there?
