Body Swap
I am new to the game i just got first body from freezer after finishing tutorial.
The name of body is Andie but it's a female and when i finish the examine at the computer it suddenly becomes a male

If you get any recordings that show this occurring that would be useful (e.g. if streamers or just have game recording apps running).

There is one case where a body will temporarily be replaced by another male as part of the story, but once that event ends the original body is returned again.

The known occurrence of this that was happening, was with the addition of the clown body. Briefly it was receiving a female name and bio, but that was fixed a patch or two ago. I'm not aware of any others at this time.
