At home: Drawers under the TV, I think it was the middle drawer. They are inside a green folder.

At work: Your personal drawer, again the middle drawer, the one under Raymond's drawer.

You of course need to pick them up at home for them to appear in the drawer at work.

Once your shift completes and you start the next one, you'll be back in the apartment again, so you'll have more opportunities to pick them up. Both necklace and coins are situated together in the same place.
