Possible missing symbol?

I pulled out a letting strip by the biohazard container and it immediately combusted, but I can't find the symbol. I've checked the walls, the hallway walls, tried to check the outside of the building in the area (too dark though), but can't find anything

Hmm, have you checked the cabinets and drawers as well?

Hmm, have you checked the cabinets and drawers as well?

I came here to see if anyone was having my same problem and I found this thread. My paper combusted right by the biohazard bin just like this one except I don't have a sigil anywhere that I can see. I looked in all the cabinets and drawers and looked over every flat surface I could find and have not seen anything.

After seeing a patch had just arrived to fix some other things, namely the loud embalming, I exited my game, patched and reloaded. This time the symbols I had already found were still there, but in different locations than before. I took another paper and found the 4th symbol in the cold storage on the floor. When I returned to the room a few minutes later that symbol was gone. I know which one it was though so now I'm just trying to decide on the body.
