Full list of trigger warnings?

I recall seeing one back when it was "just" a demo on steam, but I can't seem to find it now. I only ask because - at risk of spoilers - I know there's some HEAVY topics discussed (re: suicide) in the game, and I think it would be great especially for streamers to be able to know what to expect so they can warn their audiences.

sorry doesn't fly by me. we have age ratings for kids, tags of horror and action etc should tell you something could be in the game that triggers you and flashing lights are basically in every game and movie so pretty self evident. i think its more common sense thats needed rather than trigger warnings. like how they put trigger warnings for violence on a film called "the punisher" with a front cover of a dude wearing a skull top holding a gun. if you need a warning that a movie like that is violent i dunno what to tell you. same here if he game is based on dead people, demons, ghosts, possessions and all that other crap just use common sense that ♥♥♥♥♥ going to go down.

There's a difference between "oh ♥♥♥♥ this demon is beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of me and I can't do anything about it" and "here's a person who just committed suicide". One of these things is to be expected in a game about possession. The other? Not so much.

In any case, how does it affect you enough to be so incensed that other people might find it helpful? If you don't need them, then you don't have to use them. In fact, it's a good thing you don't have to use them, but not everyone is you. Should seeing eye dogs not be a thing, because you can see just fine? How about wheelchairs? At what point is it no longer "acceptable" to loan assistance to someone?

I sincerely hope you never witness a traumatic experience that causes a lasting trigger, but for the people who HAVE, perhaps a little "hey, this game may cause some PTSD to surface in certain scenes" isn't going to hurt you.

funny you mention that because i do actually have PTSD so yeah i know what its like and no i never needed a trigger warning because im not 5 and i can work stuff out like an adult. also how is a trigger warning comparable to being in a wheelchair or having no vision? you seriously going that far just to win this stupid argument? grow up. all of you who need trigger warnings seriously. grow up and finally become adults.

and actually i think you will find most games and films that feature possession usually have suicide somewhere in the plot so yeah nah.
