The appeal of dong physics doesn't escape me, but I think it's the better choice in the long run. Sorry to disappoint.
It is, in my opinion, an example of where it's okay to not be 100% realistic. The embalming stuff already skeeves me out enough without being inches from an old corpse lady's bare crotch.
It is still just a game and not a simulator - I would hope that most funeral homes aren't full of demons or corpses that point at things - but maybe that is accurate.
This is a game with gore and horror. I don't foresee it being any more accessible to younger people by hiding genitals.
But it WILL make the game more accessible as there are a lot of people who don't want to see that stuff in games, believe it or not.
