Can't find pep powers. Am in Galipolis. Too early to access?

I've noticed I get pep powers sometimes in battle. I just received a quest that instructed me to use a certain pep power while fighting a monster. It told me how to check my pep powers by going into the Attributes option. Yet they aren't there.

I take it to Google and everything says the same. Go into Attributes and press A on my controller. That only brings me to the list of my current magic and there are no other prompts.

Am I still too early in the game to have access?

Press A multiple times to scroll through various info, one of which is Pep Power. You unlock Pep Power as soon as you get Erik so yes, you should have it.

Erik, Veronica and Serena all pepped up at the same time. It will be a frustrating experience to get this 3 pepped up at the same time, you can get lucky but it's tedious.

I'll suggest that you come back later when you get Sylvando to join. This way you can have at least 1 pep up character on the back row wile the others pep up.

The area with Spit Fire (A dragon) will be available as soon as you do a certain story event. BTW that armor that you wore can be won at the horse race after that event. (Gallopolitan Garb.)

Press A slower, it's there.

Thanks guys. I know you said it was there but at the time I posted this, it was not there. I watched youtube videos of people playing just to see it. And no dice for me.

Galipolis was either too early to access it all or it was some odd bug. After another quest and then doing one of my Tickington visits, I pepped up in a 2D fight while there and it took me through the tip as if it was my first time pepping up. But afterwards I thought to check it out and sure enough I had access to it and a host of other options that weren't there before like Forging, Skills, and Abilities. While before then I only had Attributes and spells.
