As for replayability? Really just depends on what you're looking for in a replay.

This game is about 100 hours completion, it is a very long RPG.

I don't know what you mean. RPGs are meant to be replayed. That's why they do have such a big speedrun community. This game has Draconian modifiers to handicap the gameplay even more.

If your trying to do mostly everything then its pretty much 100 hours in one run guaranteed.

took me like 150 hours to get all achievements on gamepass 2 years ago. you could finish it about 40-60 hours if you ignoring side quests and minor stuff.
Planning to do it again just need to wait for steam sale.

Quite long as others are saying! I would say it's replayable, considering the Draconian options that make the game optionally more difficult/limiting, and it is so big that you may likely have missed stuff first playthrough. Also, both the english and JP VOs have their merits, unless you really hate fun, so you can get quite a different experience just hearing one over the other.
