The Boar set is almost just a side-grade by the time you unlock the character that can use it, so again it's mostly just for cosmetics if you're actually buying/crafting armor as you go.
The pep pops are technically a late-game/post-game item and are really strong, but they're rare so it's better to save them for useful situations anyway. They're consumable so it's not a permanent buff and early on the Pep options are limited anyway. I used 1 or 2 for quests (that require you to use a specific Pep Power attack) and saved the rest. They're convenient.
The 5 skill seeds are useful for unlocking a single skill early, but that's it. You get 2-3 skill points per levelup early on, so the skill seeds are only like skipping 2 levels, and most skills cost between 6-15 points to unlock. You won't see a big difference if you save them or use them.
