Broken tockle quest?

So I got the One Crazy Cat quest and I got to the part where I'm supposed to talk to Bianca to get her ribbon and yet she's just not giving it to me, I completed the quest to turn her back to normal and yet she just keeps repeating the same text, I'm currently in act 3, tho I'm pretty sure I started the quest as soon as I got access to it, can anyone help?

It's not broken. There's just something you have to do in order to get her to give it to you.

If memory serves you have to start: Altar of the Heavenly Bride: Briscoletti's Mansion. Check the northeast bookshelf for a book called "Guns 'n Buns." Then speak to the man at the north end of the table aka Rodrigo. Then speak to dude in southeast corner and he'll mention the Abbey. Go to Altar of Reverie: Alltrades Abbey. Fight Pilferpithecus, go back to Rodrigo for reward. Now a wedding rehearsal starts. Select a party member to propose to (it doesn't affect anything but they can be funny). Then go to western chest and get 2k gold. Speak to Bianca. She'll ask about sabrecats. Answer her YES. If you visited Chateu Felix (which you did for the quest you mentioned) she will then give you Bianca's Ribbon so you can complete your original quest.

Oh my god, somehow I didn't think to talk to Briscoletti after doing the marriage rehearsal (my choice was Erik.) but yeah talk to him after than and he'll offer you one of the chests, and then Bianca will give you the ribbon
