Looks like a really good upscale too -- top notch work. About how much of the game's textures are upscaled? Seems pretty complete if I had to guess
This is by far the best DQ8 has ever looked. It seems like the 60fps patch might cause a little bit of jank from what I can tell (but that's nothing to do with the texture pack, ofc).
According to their post on r/GameUpscale, the HD retexture was done via some combination of GPAI and ESRGAN plus some manual touchups in photoshop. The effort really shows.
