Demo to full game

I wish you'd have us download the whole game to play the demo ~or~ have us download the full game separately from the demo. I've played the demo about 10 hours now and got to the point that I knew it would end, and decided to go buy the full title. Now I get to wait a few hours and waste a perfectly good buzz instead of experiencing the nostalgia of grinding on monsters and healing in the town. I thought I could keep playing and my save would transfer to the paid version. Looks like I'm just going to have to open another bottle tomorrow and do this all over again. GFG 10/10

Your demo-save will be recognized by the full version, along with all of your achievements(at a later point in the game).

I read that you get a small reward for finishing the demo. I was planning on doing that, then getting the full game.

Should I not waste my time grinding and just finish things? Or have you gotten your demo character to work?

I didn't complete the demo but I was right at the where I read it ends so I'm not sure about a reward for doing that. Your demo save does carry over but when you load it in the full game the first time you should probably re-save immediately. I'm probably wrong, it just looks like it only lets you do it once because when I went back to save later on there wasn't an existing file to overwrite. Not worth the risk of losing 10ish hours of play if you CTD for whatever reason.

You do in fact get 3 Seed of Skill for completing the Demo. You can redeem it in the menu along with a couple other things.

You can also redeem the Demo Completion bonus on every new game you create after too, as after I beat the game I started a new game and noticed I could redeem the bonus again.

I played a bunch today and got motion sickness. I'm going to have to watch some Let's Play or something to check out 2D mode before I buy. I'm having a big problem with my photosensitivity and the little blur sequence right before each fight. My eyeballs are tied to my stomach apparently. I'll finish the demo for sure, although I may have to slow down a bit.
