I'll send you a request on Steam and get started on uploading the files to send to you.
Again, that is if things don't change.
You're right, though! Shame on Squeenix. They really should take a page from Capcom as unlike Squeenix, Capcom always releases international versions of their games on day 1.
Tell me, some guy said that he got it from EGS and got the Japan version of the game. Can you confirm, please? I haven't bought the game yet because I preordered Cyberpunk 2077.
"AUDIO : anglais, japonais
TEXTE : anglais, chinois simplifié, chinois traditionnel, français, allemand, coréen, espagnol (Espagne), italien"
That is because this is the International version, NOT the Japan version. You see, Squeenix made Japanese text & menus exclusive to Japan only in this day of globalization. SMH
Hey, I don't know for you, but my purchase on EGS only granted me the same version on Steam, no English. I feel sorry for even mentioning that so-called solution. I effin' hate SQEX.
I'm not sure if it will work for this game though as I don't own it.
You could also try looking for 言語 in the options in game.
Edit: Right, I forgot the disclaimer.
"Notice: Please be mindful when purchasing the game as the version distributed in Japan supports the following languages:
- Subtitles and interface: Japanese only
- Voiceover: Japanese, English"
