Mighty Magic Burst not showing

I'm in Act 3 and working on the trials, and the guide I've been using says that to finish one trial I should have Veronica and Serena both pep'd and then use the Mighty Magic Burst Pep Power.

Only I don't have it.

I've gone through several guides and I can't find any explanation for this. The party is maxed out at Level 99. Where do I get the power at, or what am I doing wrong?

According to the DQ fandom the girls learn it once you have found the 3 Yggdrasil seedlings, did you do that yet?

THAT'S what I was missing! None of the guides I was using decided it was IMPORTANT to mention that little detail.

Thanks much, I'll wait until I get further in the game then before finishing the trials.

l think they don't mention it because you get it after a story scene so it's kinda not missable.

Yeah, I just hadn't gotten to the story scene yet. :)
