I might have missed a few shots, sure, but FPS drops didn't help. And it is a port, otherwise it would run properly without the huge bottleneck it has.

I don't know how this got Steam Deck verified I can't even maintain a solid 30 without 200ms input latency without being a 28 watts power draw. I feel like I got the wrong version.

Honestly have no idea whats wrong with your setup. Game runs smoothly for me on my 3080Ti and 5800x (rest of specs on profile)

everything maxed, no DLSS, No motion blur. Driver version 531.68

Honestly sounds like a you issue.

Worst of the year? BS. Not nearly as bad as Jedi Survivor PC version. Played an hour on gamepass and it didn't run even close to as bad as Jedi Survivor.

What a half-baked review, it looks like OP tried hard looking for any short dips in performance and call the entire day. People nowadays are obsessed with bottleneck this & that but don't know how it works.
