kiyoko is gone?

i free her while she was pregnant, now she is gone...i have no idea where she is - i just have a useless control rod

If you have the Control Rod then you didn't free her. You gave her up to Keros and she is gone from your game forever. Reload a previous save before that decision.

Kinu has to be born and the Amulet of Transference must be changed to the Amulet of Union (Which happens after Kinu is born) in order to free her. If you tried to free her before that it won't work. Just keep sacking her until Kinu is born, which I believe takes three times in the sack, then visit her again and you should get a scene where you get the power to summon her and the necklace item is now called the Amulet of Union. After that, go back to Komari and she should be able to be freed.

rip, when i ask keros the option: free kyoko came out , welp this is a problem because kyoko randomly appear around now, i can't interact with her but randomly she appear and do thing like talk or she do yandere thing...welp next run

Don't rush freeing her. Sleep with amulet often. There is a lot of content to be had in dreamscape.
