One of the starting perks is libidinous. One of the items you can buy from Viv is a choker that swaps crit damage for lust damage and permanently raises libido. Obvs lust damage is going be higher during those occasions but does it give the PC any advantages? In TiTs starting libidinous give the PC a small boost in how much tease damage they can take.

Certain scenes require a high libido, typically orgies or marathons.

The downside is you will get the debuff "pent up" much faster, which debuffs your focus. This is easily remedied by having an orgasm.
