The writer may change his mind in the future but atm it's a no.

If memory serves there is another game that they have on the back burner that features Kohaku and her future husband. In short. No. We don't get to breed her... in CoC2 at least.

Looks like this is changing. Current backers only update just added content to knock up Kohaku. We'll probably see that in the next patch mid June.

Can confirm. She's currently a very round little poofball carrying a daughter and eating all my trail rations.
On a completely unrelated note, Ambra the golden cat girl merchant outside Khor'minos, seems to be on vacation.
