Can companion get pregnant?
I browse the wiki a bit and saw 2 that can, but the wiki also seems out of date.

if you mean a companion getting another pregnant no in the threesomes you are the one who gets them pregnant.
Since the last time i played all females you can have sex with can get pregnant. Even Caith can without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ her enough just very hard as the % chance is really low compared to others.

If you have a threesome with Elthara and you don't have vaginal sex with her but the party member you chose does there is a chance of them being the father.
