Combine Pink Egg + Turgid Mushroom with alchemy to get your "sausage shrinker". Other egg colour/reagent combinations have different effects.
I suggest you look into Alchemy, it's CoC 2's way of dealing with this sort of thing. It's a bit less straightforward but more nuanced and actually has no downside when used correctly.
Understandably so, but it seems very unlikely they add something that makes Alchemy redundant.
You probably already know about it, but in case you don't: There's a save editor that allows for easy control over the body specifications of your character, in case someone (like me) doesn't feel like always investing any more time than strictly necessary in a playthrough.
