No sex with Ivris?!?! Why?

I am genuinely annoyed that Ivris is in the game, but there is no way to have sex with her at any point. She's easily one of the hottest characters I've come across, but she is in no way romanceable and I consider this an important issue that needs to be addressed.

There are basically 2 1/2 possible reasons for it: a. she's not supposed to be available for that (which is rather unlikely) b. no one felt like writing scenes for her and b². there are plans for her but they haven't been dealt with yet
