We're pushing updates to fix reported issues to Gecko Gods! Be sure to check this post for regular updates and hotfix announcements.

Hotfix 2730 - April 18th

Progression Fixes

Fixed the picture tile puzzles that were occasionally missing on some systems.
Fixed the various softlocks.

Additional Fixes

Fixed a large hole in the roof of the volcano boat tunnel.
Made some bird interactions larger.
The entrance to Sunrise Island is now blocked when returning, after obtaining the boat.

Hotfix 2723 - April 17th

Progression Fixes

Fixed softlock when collecting one of the River Temple relics, then immediately dying.

Fixed multiple issues allowing the player to get out of bounds in the volcano.
Fixed terrain in Ancient Hills, allowing the player to clip below the water.
Fixed a tiny gap in the Desert Temple.

Additional Fixes

Improved fire performance.
Prevented an instance in the volcano where the player could speak to a bird through the wall.
Fixed disappearing coin piles.

In the desert temple on the sliding block puzzle it was missing one of the tiles making it impossible to do. A quit and reload fixed it.

Shifting Maze soft lock?

In the Volcano Island, within the Shifting Maze quest, I started the whole rising tiles puzzle section, but got crushed by one of the tiles that rise. I was spawned outside of the now fully-blocked puzzle area, and I can't find any way to reset the puzzle or get back in at all. Anything I'm missing?...

I am Pottery Destroyer, Destroyer of Pottery, Menace of the Ancient China Cabinet. I shall not rest until every piece of pottery is destroyed. It began in the Demo. It will be done in the full game.

An incredibly chill exploration game. The environments are beautiful and dense and theres all sorts of nooks and crannies to poke around. The music and sound design is great. Theres bugs to eat, and secrets to find. You get to play as a cute little gecko. It's a great time.

Do yourself a favor and go play the lovely little lizard game.

Stuck Under Ground

I took a break from playing around when I picked up one of the relics on the first island, and when I loaded it again, I was stuck under the ground. I tried loading my game a second time and I still seem to be stuck. Hopefully this can be fixed without me needing to start over. Softlock due to OoB

During the "Sand of Time" quest, I found a small hole in a wall that allowed me to go out of bounds and reach a room I wasn't supposed to enter this way. When I entered the room and fiddled with what's inside, it triggered a save, and I now I have no way of leaving the room, even by reloading my save. Symbols on the loading screen deciphered

It's a simple substitution cipher. It seems to match some dialogue at the end of the game. Or maybe it changes as you play and since I've beaten the game it just happens to say that? Anyway, this is what it says for me: AS WAS PREDICTED, AS IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN, SINGLE DROPLETS OF RAIN GATHER IN ONE LAKE AND BEGIN THEIR JOURNEY ANEW.
