Yes, it is happening with all the songs in any difficulties or modifications.
It is as if the game does not 'start' the music, and when waiting for the music to start, if pausing, in the menu is the option to "Save" as if it were out of the songs.
YEAH!!! I 'reset' the offset wizard and now is perfect! Thanks! s2
Unsure if this has been addressed, I haven't found anything about it yet, the issue, for me, is with the new update my gamepad input no longer works. I'm using a 'Retro-Bit Official Sega Saturn USB Controller Pad (Model 2)' and it can register as an xbox360 controller which has had no issues in previous updates, my xboxOne controller also has no response, even after restart and re-installing drivers. (controller input still works on steam/other games, as well.)
Windows 10 v.19041.985 (64 bit), Intel Core i5 9600k @ 3.7GHz, Nvidia GF RTX 2060, 16GB DDR4 RAM, SSD
As I play the game with "D high, J low"
And am unable to play now. D still works in menus to choose songs though.
Anyways, Game is running smoothly before the main content with some adjusted settings but anything after game seems to give me a bit of frame rate drops. And also wont retain the resolution and graphics settings sometimes. As it seems to also act as if I'm constantly in a 1440x900 (or, 600, forgot what it was) despite being in 640x480 or somewhat. And this always happens once the main tutorial is beaten. Any point beforehand, the game is just as normal and runs like new.
A major issue though is how at some point in the tutorial song, (again, forgot what point but possibly 30-50 notes in) The game will kind bug out for dodging projectiles but i can go ahead and pause and restart as many times i like. Took about 5-10 restarts til i got it to work ( on a very abysmal tiny resolution) before getting to the main game.
But, in short, most issues I'm having is just:
- Resolution will switch back to my screen's default resolution, but other settings remain untouched.
- Tutorial bug sometimes happens halfway in the song. (Press J,F to dodge obstacle kind of bug[?], but obstacle is above the player instead. )
- Sometimes the character will, stay in the air or hit IN the air despite attacking on the ground. Basically, "Beat" will sometimes hit the wrong note, which will count correct, but not match up with the (hit note? note hit?) animations.
This is, just all i think is wrong and not because of my machine. But I'm still looking for as much i can about it. I love this game and hope to reallly try it as soon it releases (i mean, fully, and i guess, not in alpha.)
Specs (if someone wants to understand in more detail of what im using or can replicate the issues i guess?):
Dell Lattitude E5410 Laptop
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
4gb of Ram
Intel i5 CPU (M520 @ 2.4ghz)
not sure what else matters but hope it helps with a bit of understanding about it and if i can get help on the issue soon.
