small tutorial suggestion

first off, love everything going on here. this game feels like if studio trigger made a rhythm game set in the PROMARE universe. music is awesome too.

im fine with giving the option for a tutorial with no messages in case people are replaying the game or already know what they're doing going in, but why isn't there an option to play the version of the tutorial where it DOES tell you what's going on after you select your option? at least give us a dialouge if you fail enough times, saying "hey, you seem to be struggling a bit, do you want us to guide you through it?"

also, unless im blind, it feels like the tutorial doesn't even discuss all the note types (i only realized later on i had to let go at the very end of streaks in order for them to count, and i still don't know how that blue note that goes up works. i dont think it mentions anything about the pink combo-hit notes).

i was able to get used to it once i restarted and rechose dialouge, but at the same time it feels weird to not give the player that option to learn if they want to. just me though. love everything else here.

totally agree. so how do those 2 work? and possible the notes that appear in the middle too (i am guessing they are like the up+down notes?). i am still not sure but the blue one that goes up you have to hit again from below when it falls down?

for the pink "freestyle notes", you can hit in any direction you like. rn, we removed having tutorial prompts for them because of a bug that broke the entire scene if that happened.
