When devs gonna fix Steam Cloud sync issue?

Since when I bought this game in holidays of 2022, there was always Steam Cloud sync issue only in this game.
Furthermore, it makes others games unable to launch when PWS is installed on my computer due to synchronization.
And it looks like it occurs not only me, but all the other players.

Devs... PLEASE fix this issue

If you clear your time lapse data in the game settings, this should bring down the save file size and help with cloud syncing
