Game lagging/stuttering

Been on the Muckingham Files 2 on the second job (satellite) and the game will randomly start lagging/stuttering. Feels like there's no gravity when running/walking/falling/jumping. Not sure if it's the game or on my end but I just built a new PC and don't have issues with any other games.

turning off auto-save (remember to manually save before you turn the game off), and I think toggling V Sync may help with this
