Can't Play New Free DLC

So I can't seem to download the 3 new DLCs (Summer2024 and the Muckingham 3 & 4). I've added them to my Steam library, I open the game and instead of launching when I click on the missions I'm taken to the store page for the DLC and told I have to download them again? I click download and I'm told I need the Steam desktop app, which I have, but when I confirm I have it, nothing happens.
I've followed the steps the Devs put in the most recent blog update but it hasn't fixed anything. I've also done a complete uninstall and reinstall of the game and it's still just takes me to the DLC store pages instead of launching the missions. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes, all the same things. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried getting it from the Steam page, from inside the game, etc. I can access Muckingham 3 & 4, but not the Cruise Ship. It's driving me nuts.

Got the same problem. Steam tells me I have several of the free dlc in the library, but I can't download them. The steam download button opens the game, ingame button sends me to steam dlc page. Anyone help?

EDIT:
Figured it out: I can find the dlc in the "specials" section of the menu - to be honest, I thought that was just the link to the newest dlc, bit misleading? Anyway, I'm happy now.
