Mouse movement is laggy and suddenly freezes.

Just downloaded the game and I immediately noticed that when I am looking around while using my mouse, the screen just freezes and then suddenly appears somewhere. Also, the keyboard will freeze.
I have already done the following:
1. Updated all programs.
2. Disconnected everything besides headset, mouse, keyboard.
3. Restarted PC.
4. Checked integrity of game files.
5. Deleted and reinstalled.
I really wanna enjoy the game, but it is basically unplayable with all the freezes. Looking for any solution or fix to this annoying bug. It only happens in this game and not any other.

Turn off autosave, that fixes it for a lot of people
