Special job is finished, but when i start a new one I get warned that it will restart the current job.

This has happened to me twice where Power Wash tells me the job is complete, but when I select a new special job it warns me that I will lose my progress on the previous job (that is marked as complete)

I happened on the Gnome fountain and the Mars rover. I logged out and logged back in an still the same. Started a new job and lost the progress on both of those "maps".

This is working as intended. It was changed to work like this in 1.0 due to the size of the save files causing issues with Steam Cloud. Completed job = saved time lapse, so when you start a new Bonus Job (or a Free Play job), your previous job of the same type is reset to save space.
