Cursor locked to center of screen on start menu

So, I played through the previous version of the game, with the big statue and everything, and the game worked fine. Upon updating to the new version, though, instead of being able to move my mouse over the tablet to access the new content (or any content), it's locked to the center of the screen as if I'm in the middle of a job. I can't click on anything and have no choice but to quit.

Have you tried unplugging any controllers, joysticks, wheels and things and trying again? May be input conflict.

I'm having that issue as well I unplugged everything and even Uninstalled then reinstalled and the cursor is still locked in the center of the screen

Do you have another kind of input plugged in, such as a racing wheel or flight simulator controls? Someone in this thread found some software to prevent PWS from detecting those things and interpreting them as a controller, if you're unwilling to unplug them.
