But as @FishyBeef said: Get someone to be with you when you play and figure it out what is causing it.
All I know is that I started playing and felt my anxiety growing as I played to a point when I had to stop so I could get my anxiety/heart rate back under control.
I have tried lowering the volume for the water sound effects and such to see if that helps at least a little.
Like i said listen to something else, something calming. Something you can ground yourself with and use it to ignore the problem, It's probably something in the running water and/or forgetting to breathe right.
