'Shine Bright' achievement.. where are all the lights on the Helter Skelter?

Trying to do this achievement but I've ran out of areas of the Helter Skelter where there are lights. I've already cleaned the Channel Lights and the Sign but where are these other lights I seem to be missing?

The ring at the top

You're looking for the Top Ring Frame specifically, you can see the lightbulbs from the scaffolding.

The top level ring of lights aren't included in the tally. The vertical lights are the ones needed. You'll be able to clean many of them from the ground. but you'll notice the numbers of lights in a section may vary and by walking up the slide you'll find some of the lights strips extend above the slide. So clean those you can't see from the ground from the slide. I found it easier to get to them by jumping up onto the side of the slide so you can see straight down the side of the tower. Once you've cleaned ONLY the vertical strips check the listing to see if i shows 100% cleaned. Good luck. By the way, don't worry if you over spray, you can get away with missing the lights a little. :-)

I can hard confirm that 'Shine Bright' requires more than those vertical lights.

As this is an older thread I'll just be out in the open about it this time and forgo the spoiler fields like I did in the past - to get the 'Shine Bright' achievement you need to fully clean the three list items that specifically have light bulbs on them, before getting a *ding* on literally any other part on the Helter Skelter (partially cleaning the surrounding parts is fine, just be careful to avoid finishing them accidentally or you'll have to restart). These three items are the "Channel Lights" (Note; you need to get ALL of these), the "Sign", and the "Top Ring Frame", the last one being the least obvious without the use of the scaffolding to get on it's level.
