Has anyone got the gnome to stand atop the temple

i have been trying too get the gnome to sit/stand atop the temple i can get it up to the platform but just cant seem to place it up there has anyone managed this???

The achievement popped for me by just holding the gnome at the top of the temple, didn't even have to place it for some reason

Firstly, are you in the Temple job (the wooden building covered in manure) or the Palace (the final job of the pyramid covered in ocean sludge)? Because the achievement is for the former.

Easiest way to get the gnome up there is to save and quit the level, then reload. The gnome loads into the correct spot, but he is in the way for washing so if you do the job in one shot you likely moved him.

If that's the case and you already 100% completed the job, then you can't save and reload, you'll just have to struggle to get him back up there on the roof ridge. And I'm not even sure that counts. I made sure he was back up there already before I 100% completed the job and I don't know if that's a requirement or if you can put him back once done.

I took the gnome off to clean the top, and then I was able to place him back on top, but I had to balance it because it fell over. I found you have to place it a couple feet in the air, and hopefully balance it on top

The Lost Temple is not the level for the achievement. It is for the Gothic style Monastery.

It is also possible to clean the roof ridge around the gnome. If you are really really careful you can clean it without moving him.

Use soap to clean around the gnome, as long as you're careful it won't knock it off.

This is so easy to do. I cleaned the part where he was at first... and even knocked him off in the process. I quit the game and then started it back up on resume job and he was back up on top where I had already cleaned. Finish cleaning the level and you will get the achievement.
