Vintage Car 99% Body Stuck

Anyone else had problem with this stage? I know lots of ppl got stuck on the vintage car because of tires, but mine is stuck on a last bit of dirt on the car's body but after more than 1hour meticulously cleaning every little corner, just can't finish the stage.

Use the turbo nozzle, you have rust there. Rust is much more difficult to clean and you very often need the red nozzle or the turbo nozzle for it.

mine got stuck at 99% body too.
The 'clue' was that it was buried deep inside, and only partially visible between the left spare wheel & mudguard, the hood, and the body - completely impossible to access - even though I tried.
After a while of failing to fix it, the highlighted clue disappeared, but I still kept on turbo-ing at it.
Eventually I rechecked the 'to'do' list, and this inaccessible body part had been replaced by a wing mirror, and (I think) a windscreen visor.
