'Delaying The Inevitable' achievement

I've finished it twice. I extremely carefully cleaned everything but the toilets, confirmed by the completion list - didn't get the achievement.
I then did it again, but on the advice of another user on this forum, I left the cisterns, pipes, lids, seats, and toilets for last. I again confirmed in this list - everything else was complete. I did all four cisterns, then pipes, then lids, hen seats, then, finally, the toilets. Still didn't get the achievement.

This wouldn't be so annoying except for the fact that I have to complete the ENTIRE washroom before I can find out if it worked.

Any advice?

Also not able to get this one. I saw another comment that said that they left the toilets the seats and the covers for last, then did the seats and covers and finally the toilets themselves. I replicated that but it didn't work for me.

EDIT: Steam stats show this achievement has the lowest completion rate so maybe its broken.

3rd time the achievement triggered for me. I cleaned everything besides the Toilets, Toilet seats and Toilet lids. Then cleaned all 4 Lids -> Seats -> Toilets. Not sure if it matters but last one i cleaned as the one with the Gnome without moving the Gnome out of the way.

Same issue here. Cleaned 3 time with different way but it doesn't work.
Next time I'll try without moving the Gnome.
This is my last achievement, i can't leave this game without !

Yup, tried twice now.
First time I only left the toilets till the end without the seats and covers.
Decided to leave them till the end the second time and still no achievement.

That is precisely what I did - but it didn't work for me.

Both times I tried, I left the gnome where it was - didn't help

I finally managed to get the achievement by not touching the gnome. I should mention that I did not interact with it and it did not come out of the toilet while cleaning it.
I don't know if this is what unlocked my achievement but it seems to have worked for me

I finally managed to get the achievement by not touching the gnome. I should mention that I did not interact with it and it did not come out of the toilet while cleaning it.
I don't know if this is what unlocked my achievement but it seems to have worked for me

I'm starting to think that whatever the bug is, it's random - I've read a bunch of comments on here of people doing it exactly as I did, and some got it, some didn't.

I'm starting to suspect that you might actually have to leave one specific toilet for the very last thing.

For anyone who has NOT gotten this achievement yet: if/when you do get it, try to remember which toilet you did last - it might matter.

Every time I've tried it so far, I ended up doing the gnome toilet last, so if my theory is correct, it's one of the other three,

I did the same thing like you finishing the job with the gnome toilet 3 times,still didn't get the achievement.
After watching your theory I started my fourth try, did it in reverse order starting from the gnome, end at the other side and got it.
Don't know if it is random or not but changing the order may work!!

I did this exact thing and it still didn't pop T.T glad it worked for you though! I'll do it again when I have the energy to do that big map again x.x

Same issue here. Saved the toilet lids, seats, and toilets until last (I wasn't sure what all counted as "toilet" for the achievement). And I finished the cisterns and pipes before that.
