Cleaning fluid

I completed the game long time ago, so all levels open. If memory serves me correctly ive not used any cleaning fluids throughout the game. But the sponge bob (free play) is hard without my 3 forked nozzle. I went to get some metal cleaning liquid and all the soaps are out of stock. Is this a free play issue or is something up with this? does anyone know. Having not used any soaps i dont understand why i dont have any?? :( I wish all FREE PLAY levels meant you could use any item you've unlocked/purchased. Thats what free play means.

the purchased cleaning fluid appears to only be for career mode. I think the only fluids you get in the dlc are the ones they designated. Sometimes you'll already come with the cleaning fluid they want you to use for a section, so I'd check to see if you already have some bottles. I'm not sure if this applies to the spongebob dlc specifically cause I don't own that one, but I know it's that way for all the other special content I've seen.
