It's very satisfying and relaxing. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it, you can refund if it's not your thing.

Imagine some people playing certain games while others play different games. It is almost as if different people have different tastes and preferences.

Yes, you are missing that people are different. Different people like different things. Some people enjoy just playing something for fun. Not for leaderboards, time pressure, ultra-frustrating challenges, pvp, or the like. Maybe they just want a distraction from RL? Once you have an understanding that people are different you understand why people play this game.

But in the end, you can try this if you are curious, and refund it within the refunding rules if you decide it's not for you.

Not gonna lie, I was in the exact same boat as you. I didn't get the idea at all. That is until I bought the game an started to play it. Now it's one of those games I like to play after work. I put on one of my music playlists in the background and just relax by shutting my brain off and powerwashing virtual things.

It's very zen.

Until you're looking for like trace dirt clots in small cracks then you want to reach through the screen and break the power washer in half.

Therapy works wonders.

That has been in my mind aswell. Basically just a mobile game that costs 30 bucks.

I powerwash in real life. I pay a ton of water to "wash things". It's winter, won't be warm enough to PW until late May. This game gives me same awesome feeling I get when I PW IRL. Worth it, BUT I still want a surface cleaner for the floors in-game.

Mine's private too, what's your point? It's no one's business what I play or don't play, how long I play or whatever. Not everyone is a social bug that needs attention and praises over their participation prizes (aka, achievements).
well said.

Some people like it, some don't get it. That's ok.

For myself it's relaxing lol It's a game I can turn off my brain with at the end of a long day.

It's available on xbox game pass to try out, but like another comment suggested, if you buy it, it can be refunded if it's not your gig.

I ended up buying the steam version, the community on discord is friendly, and it's fun to help out others with their career, achievements, or just free play mode.

Power Wash Simulator is one of those games that may seem puzzling at first glance, but it's important to remember that different people find enjoyment in different types of gameplay. Some players appreciate the relaxing and satisfying nature of power washing virtual surfaces and watching them transform from dirty to clean. It's a way to unwind, shut off the brain, and engage in a zen-like experience. Whether it's for the sense of accomplishment or the simple joy of making things look new again, Power Wash Simulator appeals to those who find pleasure in the little things. If you're ever curious, you could give it a try and see if it resonates with you. After all, the beauty of gaming lies in the diverse range of experiences it has to offer!

I was skeptical too and decided to give it a try. Played about 10 minutes. Loved it. This game urgently needs a sequel. :woodlehappy:
