Hell i'm playing this on xbox and came to any forums because i'm at 99 looking for a wooden trim...
AH... this tells me a lot actually - you did miss a window. If you look at the job profile image (the full image on the overview specifically), you can see a tiny window tucked up high on the side of the house above the fence separating the front and back yards. That is very likely the window you missed and have yet to finish proper
I've found pressing Tab seems to interrupt the effect of making a highlighted item pulse to show it isn't 100% clean.
Often times any hard-to-find dirt may be in a space between elements, or a hard-to-find nook.... under an overhang, or just between where a side of a frame connects to a wall.
Use the Red nozzle (or 0 degree rotating nozzle) and slowly go over every part of something from every angle you can target it from (incl above), and it'll usually find the hidden dirt...
